Terms & Conditions
<JOVEN Amazing Bonanza Contest> Contest is organised by JOVEN Marketing Sdn Bhd. ("JOVEN").
Please read these terms and conditions ("T&C") and all its sections carefully before you enter <JOVEN Amazing Bonanza> Contest. By joining this Contest, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them.
JOVEN reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
1. This Contest is open to residents of Malaysia with valid identification number (NRIC) and 18 years old or above.
2. To be eligible to join this Contest, participants must follow the Contest's instruction and mechanism as stipulated in the contest post and T&C.
3. This Contest will run from 1st June 2025 – 31st December 2025, 11:59 pm (C.C Contest Period). JOVEN shall reserve the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All online entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect entries or any entry that violates the Terms of Usage or rules for entry will automatically be disqualified.
5. Each participant can submit only one (1) Contest entry with purchases of RM300 and above in a single receipt. No. of entries will be determined by every RM300 in value. For example: Purchase of RM300 * 1 entry, RM600 * 2 Entries, RM900 * 3 Entries, etc.
6. Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize throughout the entire Contest Period.
7. The prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. JOVEN reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude participants and/or revoke or change the prizes (at any stage of the Contest) without prior notice or explanation.
9. JOVEN decision is final and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
Selection of Winners
1. Only complete entries with uploaded receipt and have “Like” or “Follow” on JOVEN Facebook or Instagram page complete with uploaded screenshot the participant personal Facebook or Instagram page will stand a chance to win.
2. 70 winners out of all entries will be randomly selected throughout the contest period by a digital lucky draw system. 10 winners will be announced monthly from June - Dec 2025.

5th Prize : 1 Units of Goldbar 1g + 1 Units of Instant Water Heater SC33iP
6th Prize : 1 Units of Goldbar 1g + 1 Units of JP300 Water Purifier
7th Prize : 1 Units of Goldbar 1g + 1 Units of Instant Water Heater SC33m
8th Prize : 1 Units of Touch N Go E-Wallet RM300 + 1 Units of Water Kettle JK1704TS
9th Prize : 1 Units of Touch N Go E-Wallet RM200 + 1 Units of JP200 Water Purifier
10th Prize: 1 Units of Touch N Go E-Wallet RM100 + 1 Units of JP200 Water Purifier.
3. Winners will be announced via JOVEN Facebook & Instagram page on the 2nd week of the following month after the closing of the previous month.
4. Winner is required to private Message (PM) JOVEN via Facebook or Instagram Messenger or Whatsapp with their contact details regarding the prize redemption. If a response is not received within 72 hours, JOVEN reserves the right to choose another Contest Winner(s).
5. JOVEN reserves the right to request contact information such as documentation or written proof of identification, age and place of residence, etc of the winners prior to the collection of the Prize.
